Welcome to Perfect Moment Staging, Inc.

Starting as a stage made with plywood and 2’x4’ boards and a car hauling trailer for school booster clubs to a Bil-Jax multi-staging system and Kenworth with a 48x102 trailer,  Perfect Moment Staging has truly expanded to become a real player in the world of event production. 

Perfect Moment Staging began as the Fairfield Mulebackers back in 1993 as a sports booster club.  Seeing the success of their fundraisers other schools began jumping on the bandwagon and were in need of a stage.  The Mulebackers, a team of volunteers was there to take it out.  When the Mulebackers fundraising was diminishing, Dale and Sandy Carter decided to take on the task.  And over the last ten years they have grown to encompass 4,160 square feet of stage that can go as big as a 60' X 40' with  24' X 24' sound wings on each side and a front of house, a six-tower roofing system, and 120k lighting system. 

As well as the wide array of equipment that they are now offering, they have expanded their travels out of the area to meet new people and create new partnerships to strengthen their business even more.  But more than that they love what they do.  This family owned business was built on hometown values and hard work ethics that they would like to put to work for you.  Call or email today for a quote for event!
